An action which leads to the biological material could not be indentified to a person anymore .
An identified biological sample:
A biological sample where its origin direct or indirectly could be traced to a person or a foetus.
Biobank:
An action which leads to the biological material could not be indentified to a person anymore .
Biological Sample:
Biolgical material or tissue from a living or dead donor or a foetus no matter if the material is tissue, cells or other parts of tissue or cells.
Care giver:
A Swedish authority, landsting or local authority which is in charge of hälso och sjukvård according to Svenska hälso och sjukvårdslagen.
Coding:
Where an action of a handling a biological sample which replaces direct identifying personal number with a code which is not direct identifying.
Donors of a biological sample:
A living human being where a biological sample has been donated or A woman who carries or has carried a foetus where a a biological sample has been donated
Head of a biobank:
…Guardian, research organization or other who is in charge of a biobank.
Health Care System:
Business that is included of Svensk hälso- och sjukvårdslagen (1982:763) or Tandvårdslagen (1985:125).
